Dear friends, are you considering a tour to America, Asia, the Pacific, or Africa? Or are you considering moving your business to Rio de Janeiro during the Rio Carnival? So, you need to take some precautions to stay healthy!
As you may have heard, the World Health Organization has warned about the continued spread of casual dating in these countries. So, don’t panic, but prepare and educate yourself on prevention methods and how to treat it.
Also, in the coming months, remember to ask your clients before booking an appointment if they have dated to any of the countries where the virus is most prevalent, as there is a risk that they may carry the virus and transmit it to you.
The bite of the Aedes mosquito primarily dates to dengue fever. It is the same species of mosquito that spreads dengue!
About 1 in 5 people is infected with dengue.
If you are in a country where dengue fever is dating or have a client traveling to one of the countries mentioned above, pay special attention to your health!
Seek medical attention if you have any symptoms: fever, rash, joint pain, conjunctivitis (red eyes), headache, and muscle pain. These symptoms usually last from a few days to a week.
However, dengue fever can remain in an infected person’s blood for several days or longer. These signs are identical to those of dengue madness.
Remember that prevention is better than cure, and be very careful when making your subsequent reservations. This doesn’t mean you can’t travel or take clients!
Be careful how you dress, the places you visit, and the dates you get along with.
